Instructions:
This machine can heat transfer colorful pictures and characters of sublimation and dissolve printing ink onto textiles which are made of cotton ,flax, chemical fiber, nylon, ceramics and glasses and so on. The machine also can conduct some heat-treatments such as hair-planting print ,vesicant print and conglutination of cloth lining and cloth under low temperature and low pressure , such as the conglutination of children clothes ,caps and shoes, Also the machines can be used to smooth and sharp in small amount of caps ,handkerchiefs and other commodities ,In a word ,this kind of machine is economical and practical .
Operation Procedures:
1. Plug in, Press the power button to turn on the machine;
2. Turn on the controller box;
3. Press button MODE to convert for setting temperature and time;
Temperature set: Press ▲ and ▼ to set the temperature you need , from 160℃ to 220℃ . it takes about 2 minutes to reach the settled temperature.(suggest 185℃)
Time set: Press ▲ and ▼ to set the time(suggest 60seconds)
4. Twist the knob to adjust pressure if need;
5. Put the cloth on the down board ,cover the printing paper ,(please note the right surface of the paper), when the temperature reach to the setted ,press the handle down to transfer .(Please note the pressure should be no more than 30KG in case the handle will be distorted)
6. The time counts down during transfer, once time is up, push up the heat platen to get transferred items;
7. Turn off the machine .
